One of our goals at UC Davis Human Services is to make high-quality workforce development opportunities accessible to human services professionals throughout California and at all levels within an organization. Training listed on this page is open for enrollment by individuals (or a group of individuals) from county agencies, community-based organizations, Tribal social services agencies and any other professionals looking to improve their knowledge, skills and effectiveness within their role in the human services field.

The Human Services programs at UC Davis Continuing and professional Education meet the standards of the University of California. This association with one of the best systems of higher education in the country is an assurance of the quality of our curricula. In addition, we work closely with county agencies in the development of these training programs. Our instructors are subject matter experts in the field of human services, with the majority of our instructors having firsthand experience in county agencies.

Enroll Early to Secure Your Spot
Early enrollment helps us gauge interest, add sessions for popular topics and confirm classes have adequate interest to move forward. We encourage registering at least three weeks in advance whenever possible.

If a course is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. Waitlist registrations help us assess demand and may lead to additional seats or new sessions being added.
