The Frontline Leader: How to Build Influence as a Leader from Any Position within the Organization

This course was created for those in a first-level leadership position as well as those who want to lead from the level they are at. Often, leadership training is reserved for higher-level managers, but a lot of information can be beneficial for line-level staff to help inspire others at any level within an organization.

This course will help frontline leaders learn the different types of leadership styles, become knowledgeable of different leadership opportunities, practice how to have quality conversations with co-workers, and understand how to incorporate their values, vulnerability and competencies into their work as a leader.

This course includes instruction, opportunities for reflection and time to practice the skills discussed to help bring awareness to and improve upon our individuals leadership qualities.

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Identify the different types of leadership styles and what is most effective in leading a team from any level
  • Become knowledgeable of different leadership opportunities and how to have quality conversations with co-workers
  • Recognize leadership opportunities within your daily work and incorporate your values, vulnerabilities and competencies when leading.

Fee Details: The enrollment fee for this 1-day class is $255.00 per participant or .06 training units for those utilizing their county contract. This fee includes quality instruction from subject-matter expert(s), research-based curricula and all digital course materials.

Training Format: This program will be offered via remote learning using Zoom. Login information will be provided after your enrollment is processed.
