Thriving through Change and Challenge - Reactivating Your Resilience
We are all journeying across a rugged landscape, more unpredictable and challenging than ever before. Many people feel threatened in ways that set off strong reactions, leading to resistance and fear. It is common to feel overwhelmed, confused, burned out and stretched. Everyone is looking for ways to make sense of change and help themselves, their teams, organizations, communities and families thrive.
This workshop emphasizes that we are already resilient and can benefit from a refresher on what people who do well do when faced with disruption and change. Participants will gain tools to support them in navigating challenge and uncertainty while strengthening resiliency.
