Purpose
The California Wraparound Toolkit is a set of resources to assist counties and providers to build high fidelity Wraparound programs that meet the California Wraparound Standards. Additionally, it provides tools to Wraparound practitioners and partners looking to learn more about the Wraparound process to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for children and families.
The content and vision for this toolkit was developed in partnership between the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), the California Wraparound Steering Committee and Workgroups, and the UC Davis Resource Center for Family Focused Practice (RCFFP). Dedicated community members with lived experience, peer partners, youth partners and human services professionals all contributed significantly to this toolkit and the resources that are contained within.
