Court Testimony (Calaveras County In-person Training)

This interactive workshop provides participants with an opportunity to learn the basics behind testifying in court and to practice and refine their courtroom testifying skills.

After attending this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand why hearings are set as contested
• Describe how lawyers are trained to develop direct and cross examination
• Improve their courtroom testifying skills to the benefit of children and families
