About the Partnerships for Well-Being Institute (PWBI)
California’s premier learning event for System of Care professionals, PWBI is dedicated to advancing the health, safety and well-being of children and families. Presented in proud partnership with the California Department of Social Services, Department of Health Care Services, Department of Developmental Services, Department of Education and the Office of Youth and Community Restoration, this event reflects a shared commitment to integrated care and cross-sector collaboration.
UC Davis is honored to host this statewide convening, where service providers come together to strengthen connections, sharpen strategies and elevate outcomes across the Children’s System of Care.

Venue and Hotel Accommodations
The Institute will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County, 11999 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92840.
Once enrollment opens, discounted room rates will be available at the venue. PWBI attendees will receive access to special rates to this and several additional venues nearby.
Credit Information
The 2026 Partnerships for Well-Being Institute expects to provide California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and Standards and Training for Corrections (STC) credit for this event. Additional credit information will be announced soon.
