CCR/RFA and Adoptions

Child welfare social workers and supervisors are uniquely positioned to significantly impact permanency outcomes for children, youth and families. The Northern California Training Academy offers several courses and series on Adoptions, Resource Family Approval (RFA) and Continuum of Care Reform (CCR) each year to help social workers use their role to positively impact timely and successful permanency. Topics in this area range from front-end intervention to post-permanency.
