This workshop provides an overview of the role and responsibility of the Resource Family in concurrent planning and permanency for foster children. It will include a review of the approval and assessment process for RFA; how the resource family affects permanency planning and family reunification; and large and small group discussion on concurrent planning and the reunification process. Participants will learn content that is reinforced by values, skills, and knowledge as outlined in the learning objectives.
