Culturally Responsive Practice and Behaviors Tool Learning Collaborative

This course will equip agencies and their leaders with the skills and understanding to effectively utilize the Culturally Responsive Practice Behavior (CRPB) tool in the workplace as a resource for understanding and unpacking biases in interpersonal interactions.  Participants will gain a foundational understanding of how white supremacy has been embedded in public agencies, the impact of policies and practices on communities of color, and how the use of the CRPB tool can support agency efforts to reduce disproportionate outcomes on families of color.
