The vision for “leadership at all levels” within a human services agency means that everyone has a leadership role to play. Front-line professionals or individual contributors have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the families and individuals they serve. Some of the job titles specific to this level of the organization include eligibility workers, social workers, employment and training workers, child support case workers, public health workers and lead workers.
We offer a variety of training series and individual courses to support the workforce development and continuous quality improvement of front-line workers across the human services field.
The following offerings can be brought to your organization either in-person or via remote learning. To request a specific training, please submit a training and service request.
We also have scheduled offerings of many of these trainings at least once a year through our Open Series section.
- Anti-Racism Practice Series
- Eligibility Training Boot Camps
- Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP)
- Growing Yourself, Growing Others: Engaging and Empowering Those We Serve
