Supporting Wraparound, Every Step of the Way

Every day, our High Fidelity Wraparound coordination team works behind the scenes to make sure training, consultation and support are organized and ready for our counties, partners and instructors. From organizing county consultation meetings to communicating schedules, resources and important updates, we help create the structure that allows everyone to focus on our statewide shared goal of supporting children, youth and families.

We coordinate with county teams and external partners to make sure everyone has the information and resources they need for their daily work. This includes organizing meetings, preparing materials, answering questions, following up on action items and helping ensure that important information reaches the right people at the right time.

We also manage training logistics, including setting up courses, coordinating with instructors and making sure course information is accurate and accessible. Whether it is a new training, an upcoming consultation meeting or a question from a county partner, we work to keep the many moving pieces connected.

Knowing that the work we do—whether big or small—helps create the structure and support others need to do their work effectively is something I find both meaningful and rewarding.

What makes me personally proud of the work I do is knowing that, even when much of our work happens behind the scenes, it contributes to a larger effort that has a positive impact on children, youth and families across our state. 

I am proud to be part of a team that is committed to showing up with consistency, collaboration and a genuine desire to help our counties and partners succeed. Together, we’re helping create the foundation needed for effective training, consultation and—ultimately—meaningful support for our partners and the children, youth and families you serve. 

While each of us at the Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice plays a different role, we all share the same commitment to keeping this vital work moving forward, supporting one another and helping ensure that statewide High Fidelity Wraparound continues to grow and succeed.
