If you are starting or strengthening a California High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) program, we want you to know that we’re right here to support you! The California Department of Social Services (CDSS), in partnership with the UC Davis Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice (RCFFP), offers a comprehensive Technical Assistance (TA) system designed to meet counties, providers and system partner needs, no matter where you are in the process. From early Wraparound program or plan development to shoring up current practices and policies to align with the upgraded High Fidelity Wraparound Standards (and everything in between), the CDSS and the RCFFP are here for you!
In true Wraparound spirit, the TA system was developed to meet the individual needs of counties and providers by providing access to support with flexibility in mind. The system is designed to offer resources that match an array of needs and accessibility ranging from self-guided tools to one-on-one consultation.
