Technical Assistance Helps Uphold Fidelity

The Training and Technical Assistance Needs Assessment (TTNA)…

  1. Informs both the content and delivery of TTA strategies
  2. Assesses current practice
  3. Identifies strengths and gaps

The TTNA will be completed by High Fidelity Wraparound provider sites following completion of the Portal and annually thereafter.

Remember: Counties Are Required to…

  • Participate in at least two county consultations/meetings with the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence for High Fidelity Wraparound to establish and/or expand their HFW program under Medi-Cal and FSP
  • Share information about their network of practitioners delivering HFW with the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence for High Fidelity Wraparound on an ongoing basis, which includes providing information about new and existing HFW provider sites during the county consultation
  • Alert the High Fidelity Wraparound Behavioral Health Center of Excellence when a new provider site is established (defined as a team that has been staffed and is beginning to deliver and be paid for services)

While additional technical assistance is optional for counties, take us up on the opportunity—contact us for timely help.
