1. High Fidelity Wraparound Behavioral Health Center of Excellence Consultations
- March 31, 2026—Submit COE EIFs
- June 30, 2026—Complete initial meeting
- October 1, 2026—Complete county consultation
2. Baseline Fidelity Designations
- July 8, 2026—Complete county Certification Portal submission
- December 31, 2027—Ensure projected number sites have received designation
3. Training and Technical Needs Assessment
- July 8 and November 8, 2026—Ensure provider sites have completed a TTNA no later than four months after achieving designation, or by November 8 for those providers completing the Certification Portal before July 8
4. Minimum Fidelity Designation
- June 30, 2028—Ensure a projected number of provider sites delivering HFW have completed first DART and received Minimum Fidelity Designation
5. Full Fidelity Designation
- June 30, 2029—Ensure a projected number of provider sites have completed second DART and received Full Fidelity Designation
