This page offers free statewide training, technical assistance and practice support to advance Transforming CalWORKs, a broader shift in CalWORKs culture and practice toward a more family-centered, strengths-based and barrier-reducing approach to service delivery. In partnership with the California Department of Social Services, Transforming CalWORKs will help California counties build the skills, systems and organizational capacity to create more supportive, family-driven and effective services that build on families’ strengths and respond to their needs and goals.
