FFPS Resources

Developed by the statewide FFPS Training and TA Subcommittee, this resource was created to help ensure consistent access to FFPS information and make it easier for partners across California to find the resources they need. The CDSS website is intended to support county cross-sector collaboratives, community members, stakeholders and tribes in the planning and implementation of provisions within FFPSA Part I, FFPSA Part IV, and Assembly Bill 153 (Chapter 86, Statutes of 2021).

CFPIC

CFPIC partners with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS)to help support development and implementation of Family First Prevention Services (FFPS) across California. The work is focused on clarifying, coordinating and communicating the broad array of information, resources and supports available to assist implementation of Comprehensive Prevention Plans (CPPs). Access the tools you need with a searchable Prevention Resource Library, including CQI Plans, Informational Briefs, Executive Summaries, EBP Briefs, ACINs, and more. CFPIC publishes a monthly FFPS Implementation Spotlight featuring updates, news, and resources to support prevention efforts across California. To subscribe to the CPP Spotlight mailing list and access all of the recent announcements for FFPS Program implementation, visit this website.

CalPrevents Statewide Connect

Strategies TA

CalAcademies

Regional Training Academies are responsible for providing state standardized workforce development to
public child welfare agencies. The Academies supports the child welfare workforce through transformative
training, coaching, and implementation. For more information on FFPS learning series go through your
