Laurie Ellington

Laurie Ellington headshot

Laurie Ellington M.A., LPC, MCC, HMCT, RYT, NBC-HWC, is the creator of the Integrative NeuroSomatic® Self-Mastery experience. Combining ancient wisdom teachings with findings from neuroscience, mind-body research, functional medicine, epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology and quantum physics, her organization helps individuals, leaders and organizations elevate the way they think, feel and show up in the world. Ellington has 30 years of experience in mind-body medicine, coaching, teaching, consulting and leadership. She is also certified in functional and integrative nutrition.  Her mission is to expand consciousness, turn trauma into healing and transform the world with kindness and compassion. 

Beth Cohen

Beth Cohen headshot

Beth Cohen, PhD, is a clinical and organizational psychologist specializing in individual and organizational well-being. She utilizes her many years of expertise in workforce development to assess needs, design strategic interventions, develop internship programs, provide consultations and trainings to leadership, management, and staff across the nation. Dr. Cohen is a professional threat assessor, trauma and burnout expert, national speaker, and certified meditation instructor with post-graduate studies in organizational neuroscience. She served as the Administrator of the UC Davis Academic & Staff Assistance Program and designed and managed the UC Santa Barbara EAP. She is the co-author of the award-winning book, Workaches: The Neuroscience Guide to Surviving and Thriving at Work. Dr. Cohen is the founder of the Organizational Mind Group, PC.
