Laurie Ellington M.A., LPC, MCC, HMCT, RYT, NBC-HWC, is the co-founder of the Integrative NeuroSomatic® Self-Mastery experience. Her organization combines ancient teachings with findings from modern neuroscience, mind-body research, stress resilience and mindfulness. She helps individuals, teams and organizations elevate how they think, feel and show up for themselves. Ellington's mission is to expand consciousness, turn trauma into healing, and transform the world with kindness and compassion. She has more than 25 years of experience in coaching, consulting, leadership and mind-body medicine. She is a licensed professional counselor, master certified coach, registered yoga teacher and national board-certified health and wellness coach. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook University.

Beth Cohen, PhD, is a clinical and organizational psychologist specializing in individual and organizational well-being. She utilizes her many years of expertise in workforce development to assess needs, design strategic interventions, develop internship programs, provide consultations and trainings to leadership, management, and staff across the nation. Dr. Cohen is a professional threat assessor, trauma and burnout expert, national speaker, and certified meditation instructor with post-graduate studies in organizational neuroscience. She served as the Administrator of the UC Davis Academic & Staff Assistance Program and designed and managed the UC Santa Barbara EAP. She is the co-author of the award-winning book, Workaches: The Neuroscience Guide to Surviving and Thriving at Work. Dr. Cohen is the founder of the Organizational Mind Group, PC.
