Course Overview
This course is designed to refresh and strengthen participants’ understanding of Welfare-to-Work (WTW) program requirements, processes and recent updates. Tailored for supervisors and staff returning to employment services or case management roles, the course provides a practical overview of participation requirements, activity components, supportive services, the noncompliance process and compliance standards, with emphasis on current policy changes and their impact on program delivery.
