Fee Details
The enrollment fee for four hours of individualized coaching is$1,062.50 per participant, or0.25 training units for participants utilizing their county contract. This fee includes four hours of personalized coaching with one of our highly experienced and respected coaches.

Laurie Cozart

Laurie Cozart, MBA, MCC, is a coaching instructor and founder of Brain Squared Leadership Solutions. With more than 30 years of experience, she helps leaders and teams elevate performance, trust and collaboration. Cozart mentors new and seasoned coaches to lead with clarity, empathy and impact. Her brain-based, relational approach blends systems thinking with practical tools for transformational conversations. Known for high-energy, human-centered teaching, Cozart creates space for deep learning and real growth.

Carrie DeMuth

Carrie DeMuth, PCC, PMP, brings personal transformation to a conscious leadership style that creates high-performance teams. With 25 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, training and coaching in the private and public sectors, she has coached and developed leadership programs for organizations including BlueShield of California, Sutter Health, Optum, Coca-Cola, State Street Investments, the City of Roseville and the State of California. DeMuth is passionate about continuous learning in leadership, emotional intelligence and communication. Art Sponseller, JD, PCC

Art Sponseller, JD, PCC, J.D., PCC, is a seasoned leadership and executive coach with more than 900 hours of experience, specializing in guiding leaders from department managers to CEOs. With 38 years in California’s hospital associations as VP, COO, and CEO, he brings deep expertise in leadership and advocacy. Sponseller is also a retired member of the California Bar. A PCC-certified coach with the ICF, he mentors and assesses coaches at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. His approach integrates emotional intelligence, narrative coaching, and values coaching, creating a safe space for meaningful growth and practical leadership development.

Nicole Welch

Nicole Welch is an organizational development and change (ODC) professional, educator and certified leadership coach. She bridges human needs with business goals, using a systems approach to create sustainable change. As an educator, she integrates the latest research into topics like leadership, coaching, emotional intelligence, psychological safety and conflict resolution. As a coach, she helps leaders refine their approach to empower teams, foster adaptability and enhance performance. In addition, she partners with individuals, teams and organizations to develop tailored solutions that drive lasting impact.

Ray Weaver

Ray Weaver, M.S., PCC, is a leadership coach, trainer and founder of ABOGE Coaching & Consulting. He holds a master’s degree in Leadership and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Mentor Coach, Authorized Everything DiSC partner, Myers-Briggs Type-Indicator Certified practitioner and Certified Leadership Circle Profile administrator. Weaver is a 30-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and transitioned into his post-military life in 2010. Subsequently, he parlayed his skills as a trainer, lecturer and coach into serving Emory-Riddle Aeronautical University, Department of the Air Force, and UC Davis Human Services. His areas of expertise include organizational development, team building, conflict management and strategic planning. He helps individuals and agencies sustain healthy organizations, assess growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
