From Burnout to Breakthrough: Keeping Your Heart & Head in the Game
In the high-impact world of human services, burnout can develop subtly, even among those deeply committed to their mission. This interactive workshop equips professionals with the insight and tools needed to proactively address stress, reconnect with their purpose and cultivate long-term resilience.
Through guided self-reflection, evidence-based strategies and peer-to-peer dialogue, participants will explore how to sustain their well-being while continuing to make a meaningful difference. This session goes beyond traditional self-care and explores maintaining mission-critical capacity amid ongoing challenges.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Identify early indicators and underlying causes of burnout within the context of public service.
- Reaffirm their core values and understand how these drive professional fulfillment and impact.
- Implement practical, evidence-informed techniques to manage stress, enhance resilience and remain mission-ready.
