Overview
At the UC Davis Resource Center for Family Focused Practice (RCFFP), we are committed to providing high‑quality, fully participatory workforce development training for social service professionals. Our courses are designed to build cumulative knowledge and skills, and full attendance is essential to achieving our learning objectives.
RCFFP Training Attendance Requirements
To receive attendance credit for a course, participants must complete all required attendance sign-in/sign-out for every scheduled day of the training. Partial attendance is not accepted. If a participant misses any portion of the course, they must retake the entire course to earn attendance credit.
Required Sign-In/Sign-Out Policy
Participants must:
- Sign in within the first 15 minutes of the session.
- Sign out during the final 15 minutes of the session.
- For full‑day trainings: complete the required midday sign-in after lunch.
These sign-in/sign-out check-ins verify full attendance and are required for all attendance letters and CE credit (when applicable).
Important Notes
- All required check-ins must be completed to receive attendance credit.
- Missing or late sign in/sign out may result in:
- No attendance credit, or
- A delay or denial of your attendance letter
- Partial attendance will not qualify for credit. Participants must attend all days of a multi-day course.
- Participants are responsible for successful sign‑in/sign‑out submission.
- Duplicate or Incorrect Sign-In/Sign-Out Submissions:
- Duplicates will be reviewed and reconciled by RCFFP staff
- Check for spelling errors—enter your name as it appears on your enrollment
If technical issues occur, notify the instructor before the session ends so the issue can be documented.
