The 2024 Tribal TANF Institute welcomed over 200 Tribal TANF staff from all corners of the country and beyond to share best practices in service delivery and celebrate the rich diversity of their native communities. We dove into the theme of Forever Native: Preserving Our Culture for the Next Generation and explored ways to honor traditional values while also embracing innovative practices. We gained culturally responsive professional development skills, collaborated with like-minded individuals and learned from experts in the field. From case managers to tribal agency leaders to elders, everyone who supports native communities was invited to collaborate to build stronger, more vibrant communities for generations to come.
