Advanced Pre-Session Overview and Agenda

Advanced Pre-Session Overview

The concept, value of and skills of coaching in human services have continued to grow and expand across the nation. Many state and county human services agenices have adopted coaching as an essential strategy to enhance the expertise of the workforce at all levels of the organization. The Advanced Pre-Session of the 2022 National Conference on Coaching in Human Services will be a true learning collaborative. We will co-create a shared learning environment to explore how each of our organizations can take coaching to the next level!

Our three primary focus areas for the advanced pre-session are:

  • How to onboard new coaches into your organization
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities for experienced coaches
  • Evaluation of coaching programs

In addition to sharing details of coaching implementation and evaluation strategies with each other, we also hope this forum will be a valuable networking opportunity for human service professionals across the nation to develop additional partnerships in the field of coaching.
