This facilitated workshop has been designed for Intake Unit social workers and supervisors. Attendees will participate in discussions related to:
- Eliciting reporter information
- Screen in or screen out
- Response priority
- Overrides
- Challenging SDM definitions (domestic violence, etc.)
- Third-party perpetrators
- Supervisor consultation
- Intake data
Participants will need to bring a copy of the updated SDM Policy and Procedure Manual and are encouraged to also bring examples of challenging intake issues for discussion during the workshop.
