Conflict doesn’t have to break connection; it can be the remix that makes relationships stronger. Moments of tension, crisis or disengagement often get labeled as resistance, but they’re really communication — messages about safety, trust and what’s needed.
This session focuses on simple, practical ways to reframe conflict as feedback rather than failure. Participants will explore how to pause, repair and re-engage when things get tough, turning high-stress interactions into moments of understanding and growth.
Grounded in trauma-responsive and harm reduction principles, this session highlights:
- How to stay grounded and regulated when the volume turns up
- Ways to find new beats that help repair ruptures and rebuild safety
- Simple tools to bring empathy, rhythm and relational awareness into the hardest moments
Attendees will leave with fresh language, perspective and renewed creativity to bring more calm, curiosity and connection into their work.
