This webinar is about the ASIST program and the challenges faced. Angella Holmes is the ASIST child welfare program manager at San Luis Obispo who focuses on helping children with specialized needs and finding permanency. She works with emergency response and intake family maintenance, family reunification, quality assurance, family finding and engagement.
