This webinar talks about the seneca family of agencies, founded in 1985, that aims to serve children and families during the most difficult times of their lives. They offer a broad range of community-based crisis, school- based placement mental health programs across the state of California in 18 counties and 2 in Washington. The purpose is to think about engagement of families and natural support and sustainability by providing permanency. It gives an insight to the current network building model which includes alignment and engagement, search and planning, decision making and building a lifetime network. It discusses the family finding techniques.

Presenters:

Lauren Crutsinger is the regional executive director of Seneca Family agencies, North Bay program where she oversees and administers all of the program contract and service delivery operations in Sonoma Marine in Solano county. She is the co-chair of the northern California Wraparound hub and is an active member of the wraparound advisory committee.
