This course delves into the multifaceted process of implementing organizational change, emphasizing the stages and drivers critical to successful transformation. Leaders will explore theoretical frameworks and practical strategies for leading change initiatives and understanding the complexities of managing transitions within various organizational contexts.

After attending this training, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the stages in the implementation process–such as exploration, installation, initial implementation and full implementation–and identify how these stages relate to the participants' experiences and change initiative.
  • Describe the key issues and provide examples of mid-level management leadership behavior related to the leadership competency framework in each implementation process stage.
  • Describe the implementation drivers or organizational supports (internal and external) needed to promote sustainable change.
