Network with colleagues and share information, tips, tools and tricks discovered while implementing RFA through this ongoing collaborative series. While many of the topics will be generated by participants, the collaborative will generally explore:
- Collaborative solutions to common challenges
- RFA’s impact on organizations
- Strategies for messaging to staff, the agency and the community
- Continuous Quality Improvement as a system for incorporating RFA
While this is not a typical training event, participants can expect to walk away with new information, resources and skills to apply toward developing creative solutions to RFA challenges. The collaboratives will be facilitated to allow a significant amount of time for networking and collaborative learning.
