Project Management and Delegation

This engaging and interactive workshop introduces supervisors to the five phases of project management and provides an opportunity to learn about and practice the skill of delegation.

After attending this training, participants will be able to:

• Utilize successful strategies for delegating work.
• Create and test a delegation action plan.
• Understand the five phases of project management.
• Compare effective delegation to the phases of project management.
• Identify common roles a supervisor plays in the various phase of project management.
