This course introduces students to basic navigation in CWS/CMS.
After attending this training, participants will be able to:
- Navigate within CWS/CMS
- Search for clients and open old referrals and cases
- Understand client services sections, notebooks, pages, and fields
- Access CWS/CMS resources (training portal, help menu, toolz)
Participants will learn basic skills needed to navigate CWS/CMS.
