HFW Role Refresher - Supervisor

This 2-hour refresher course is part of the required training curriculum under the California High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Center of Excellence (COE) and is intended to build alignment and a shared understanding of the Supervisor role within the California HFW model. Designed for current and returning Supervisors, this course revisits the purpose and value of the Supervisor role, clarifies the key responsibilities of an effective supervisor, and reviews the foundational skills that support coaching, reflective supervision, fidelity, and team development. By the end of the session, participants will have renewed confidence in their role and a clearer understanding of the core skills and responsibilities that contribute to effective supervision and implementation of High Fidelity Wraparound.

1. Describe the purpose and key responsibilities of the Supervisor role within the California HFW model.

2. Identify the foundational competencies that support reflective supervision, coaching, and team development.
