HFW Role Refresher - Fidelity Coach

This 2-hour refresher course is part of the required training curriculum under the California High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Center of Excellence (COE) and is intended to build alignment and a shared understanding of the Fidelity Coach role within the California HFW model. Designed for current and returning Fidelity Coaches, this course revisits the purpose and value of the Fidelity Coach role, clarifies the key responsibilities of an effective Fidelity Coach, and reviews the foundational skills that support coaching, fidelity monitoring, quality improvement, and implementation of the High Fidelity Wraparound model. By the end of the session, participants will have renewed confidence in their role and a clearer understanding of the core skills and responsibilities that contribute to effective coaching and continuous quality improvement.
