This 2-hour refresher course is part of the required training curriculum under the California High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Center of Excellence (COE) and is intended to build alignment and a shared understanding of the Facilitator role within the California HFW model. Designed for current and returning Facilitators, this course revisits the purpose and value of facilitation, clarifies the key responsibilities of an effective facilitator, and reviews the foundational skills that support effective teaming, engagement, and fidelity. By the end of the session, facilitators will have renewed confidence in their role and a clearer understanding of the core skills and responsibilities that contribute to effective facilitation.
