This 2-hour refresher course is part of the required training curriculum under the California High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Center of Excellence (COE) and is intended to build alignment and a shared understanding of the Community Developer role within the California HFW model. Designed for current and returning Community Developers, this course revisits the purpose and value of the Community Developer role, clarifies the key responsibilities of an effective Community Developer, and reviews the foundational skills that support community engagement, resource development, cross-system collaboration, and fidelity. By the end of the session, participants will have renewed confidence in their role and a clearer understanding of the core skills and responsibilities that contribute to effective community partnership and resource coordination.
