CWS/CMS Resource Family Approval and Resource Management

In this training, participants will learn how to document the Resource Family Approval process in the Resource Management application of CWS/CMS.

Participants will learn to:

  • Enter the resource family’s information and approve them for placement
  • Capture visit notes
  • Change resource family’s address using the “process placement home move” function
