This course introduces participants to basic CWS/CMS court hearing processes. After attending this training, participants will be able to perform the following functions in CWS/CMS:
- Create a hearing
- Create and record notices
- Enter hearing results
- Enter hearing attendees
- Schedule next or continued hearings
- Create a court report and petition document
Participants will learn basic skills needed to do their assigned job duties in CWS/CMS.
