This four-day immersive program is designed for experienced coaches and organizational leaders who are ready to champion inclusive leadership. Program topics by day

Day One: Self-Awareness and Inclusive Mindset

The first day of the program equips participants with the foundational skills of inclusive leadership through the lens of self-awareness and identity. Participants will engage in structured reflection, experiential learning and peer dialogue to explore how their personal identities, lived experiences, and unconscious biases shape their leadership style and coaching approach.
