This talking circle for Butte County Child Welfare Services supervisors and managers is designed to provide a safe space to discuss and share thoughts, worries, and hopes about issues of race, equity and inclusion within the organization. This facilitated conversation is an opportunity to reflect on and share experiences, concerns and ideas for how to improve the organizational climate related to issues of race and racism. Information from this session will be used to guide further discussions, training and other supports related to these important issues.
