This training builds upon the four-day facilitator training providing practice opportunities to refine and enhance skills and learn new techniques to improve practice and increase model integrity.
Topics include:
- Reinforcement of TDM stages
- Facilitator responsibilities in each stage
- Common pitfalls and solutions to overcome them
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of each TDM stage and its purpose as well as gain skills to overcome common obstacles experienced by teams in TDM.
