The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and the UC Davis Resource Center for Family Focused Practice (RCFFP), in anticipation of County approval and provider certification in High-Fidelity Wraparound, look forward to providing valuable insights aimed at enhancing coaching strategies in Wraparound.

Coaching is more than just supervision; it is an intentional learning strategy that fosters skill development, enhances Wraparound practice, and strengthens overall program implementation.

Rebekah Cox

Rebekah Cox is a Wraparound trainer and consultant. She has a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. Cox has been a family specialist, facilitator, clinician, supervisor, trainer, and coach. She has been an active member of the California Wraparound Community over the last 10 years, including being a member of the California Wraparound Advisory Committee-Core Steering Committee, co-chair of the Fidelity, Data and Outcomes Workgroup, and co-chair of the Southern California Wraparound Hub.

Anabel Godoy

Anabel Godoy has been a dedicated leader serving vulnerable children and families for over 16 years. She has extensive experience in direct care and leadership positions for programs in residential care and in home services. She is currently the Wraparound program director for Olive Crest in the Inland Empire and an instructor for Human Services at UC Davis Contusing and Professional Education. She is actively involved in the Wraparound community as a member of the California Advisory Committee, Wraparound Steering Committee and co-chair of the Data and Outcomes Workgroup and the Southern California Wraparound Hub.
