Voluntary Service Planning for APS Professionals eLearning
This eLearning course introduces APS professionals to the principles and practices of Voluntary Service Planning. Participants will learn how to develop client-centered case plans that uphold self-determination while promoting safety and well-being. The course covers strategies for partnering with clients to identify service needs, align interventions with client readiness and use specialized safety planning tools for those experiencing domestic violence. By the end of the training, participants will be able to create effective, strengths-based service plans using available resources.
