APS supervisors must be well-versed in both the complexities of APS practice and the principles of effective supervision. This course examines the core roles, tasks and competencies of APS supervisors while addressing challenges that may arise during the transition into the supervisory role. Special attention is given to maintaining professional boundaries and supporting staff development.
