Understanding Trauma-Informed Care for APS Supervisors (eLearning)
This foundational training introduces APS supervisors to a trauma-informed care approach at biological, programmatic and policy levels. Participants will review the definition of trauma, examine findings from the ACEs study and explore the connection between trauma and adult maltreatment. The course offers practical tools and strategies for applying trauma-informed principles in staff supervision and client caseload management.
