Understanding and Resolving MEDS Alerts - From Alert to Action
This course will provide an overview of MEDS Alerts and explain how Alerts are created as well as how to address them. This course will include both Daily and Recon Alerts that case managers often come across on a daily basis. The course will focus on individual alerts, their meaning and the actions required to clear them.
By the end of this training participants will:
- Understand how MEDS alerts are created and resolved.
- Identify the different types of MEDS alerts.
- Recognize common trends that trigger MEDS alerts.
- Apply best practices for resolving MEDS alerts.
- Review individual alert scenarios and resolution examples.

Fee Details: The enrollment fee for this 1-day class is $255.00 per participant or .06 training units for those utilizing their county contract. This fee includes quality instruction from subject-matter expert(s), research-based curricula and all digital course materials.
Training Format: This program will be offered via remote learning using Zoom. Login information will be provided after your enrollment is processed.

To be officially dropped from the class, please notify us at least 10 business days prior to the training start date to drop a class and cancel the billing, or request a refund of fees paid, less than a $30 processing fee (no exceptions).
