Strengths-Based Development and Supervision (eLearning)
This course introduces APS supervisors to a strengths-based development model designed to enhance staff engagement, collaboration and overall job satisfaction. By focusing on individual strengths and talents, supervisors can foster a more effective and supportive work environment. Participants will examine how to apply their own strengths in supervisory roles and explore real-world case scenarios.
