This interactive data session explores ways Northern California data analysts, county CQI teams, managers and others who use data to inform county CQI and system improvement plans can use existing qualitative data resources (like OSRI-housed data) to support hypothesis development about opportunities to improve core child welfare outcomes. Additionally, participants will learn how to structure targeted qualitative data collection efforts that are consistent with best practices in measurement and allow the incorporation of case-specific practice, process and quality data into the development of theories of change that can then be used to support ongoing program improvement efforts.
