Onboarding New Staff (eLearning)
This course defines onboarding and presents strategies to help APS supervisors successfully integrate new professionals into both APS practice and the broader organization. Participants will learn why structured onboarding matters, how to set training goals, assess employee progress and deliver meaningful support and feedback. The course also highlights the value of critical thinking in the onboarding process.
