October 2025: Building an Evaluation Plan to Meet the California Wraparound Standards

Strong data systems are essential for high-quality Wraparound implementation, and the California Wraparound Standards set expectations for agencies to use data in meaningful ways. This webinar will walk agency leaders, supervisors, and evaluators through the process of building an evaluation plan that not only meets the Standards but also supports practice improvement an stronger outcomes for youth and families.

Participants will learn how to design an agency data plan use data to provide timely feedback to staff, and address Wraparound's unique needs in program evaluation. Emphasis will be places on creating systems that inform continuous quality improvement, elevate family and youth experiences, and make data a tool for learning rather than simply reporting. 

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand that data expectations outlined in the California Wraparound Standards
  • Develop a roadmap for building an effective evaluation and data plan
  • Explore strategies for using data to provide timely, actionable feedback to staff
  • Identify Wraparound-specific considerations in program and outcome measurement
