Mental Health in APS Practice (eLearning)
This course introduces Adult Protective Services professionals to key terms and behaviors associated with mental health issues commonly seen in older adults. Participants will explore the five broad categories of mental disorders, conditions affecting the brain and strategies for suicide risk assessment and intervention. The training includes practical scenarios to support learning and application in real-world settings.
